Lahore/Islamabad: Yango Pakistan, in coordination with the traffic police departments of Lahore and Islamabad/Rawalpindi, organized helmet distribution drives this week for motorbike riders registered with its platform.
In Lahore, representatives from Yango Delivery joined senior officers of the Lahore Traffic Police during the distribution activity. A similar session took place in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, attended by officials from the Rawalpindi Traffic Police and the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce.
According to officials, the initiative was launched to encourage consistent helmet use and improve compliance with road safety laws, amid a growing number of motorbike-related accidents reported in both cities.
