 Will King Charles accept emotional request of devastating family?
King Charles received an emotional message from a devastated family, as they want the monarch to do more.
While promoting the newly released posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl, Virginia Giuffre\“s family made a heartfelt plea to the royal household\“s head as they appear to be not satisfied with only the title drop of Prince Andrew. Advertisement
For those unfamiliar, Andrew was accused of sexually assaulting Ms Giuffre in her teens after she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein.
Virginia\“s brother, Sky Roberts, and his wife, Amanda, urged the monarch to play a bigger role and promote change in their appearance during their This Morning show appearance.
Amanda said, “You have an opportunity to say that you’ll be a royal family who protects the innocent, no matter who is implicated, that you’ll stand on the right thing.“
She added, “You have an opportunity for your people to trust you, and for other governments and other worlds to trust you, and we’re hoping that you’re going to do the right thing.“
“I think it’s been far too long. Our sister has waited far too long for that acknowledgement and that justice, and we would hope that we can trust you to do that.“
It is important to note that Prince Andrew said in a statement on October 17 that he will no longer be using the Duke of York title and his other honours amid mounting pressure on the royals to ban him.
However, it appears that Miss Guiffre\“s loved ones are not satisfied with the late outcome and want stricter orders for Andrew.
No response has been made by Buckingham Palace regarding the book by Virginia Giuffre. |
