 Shakira wins big after many setbacks during world tour
Shakira has been crowned Billboard\“s Global Touring Icon for her record-breaking Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour, which has grossed an impressive $327.4 million and sold over 2.5 million tickets.

The Waka Waka hitmaker\“s tour has been a testament to her dedication and resilience, despite facing challenges such as a torrential downpour in Mexico, a dressing room flood, and technical issues.
In May, she even fell on stage during a performance in Montreal, Canada, but joked about it, saying, “No one is safe from falls!“
The singer\“s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran album, released in 2024, has been a huge success, topping the Billboard Top Latin Albums and Latin Pop Albums charts.
The tour has also been praised for its high-energy performances, with Shakira delivering hit songs like Hips Don\“t Lie.
