The disgraced music mogul is now set to be released on June 4

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another round of legal scrutiny.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has launched an investigation into new sexual assault allegations, ABC news reported on November 18.

The report, originally filed in September with the Largo Police Department in Florida, was forwarded to L.A. authorities on November 14 and centers on claims made by a male music producer.

In the filing, the producer alleges two separate incidents involving Combs. In the first, he claims that in February 2020, Diddy pleasured himself in front of him and asked him to “finish him off.“

A second alleged encounter in March 2021 involved C.J. Wallace — the son of the late Notorious B.I.G. — who the producer says transported him to a location where two men covered his head before Diddy “forced” himself on him.

Wallace has strongly denied any involvement, filing a lawsuit on November 12 calling the accusations “wildly false and defamatory” and part of a “calculated smear campaign.”

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau will now take the lead on the investigation.

Diddy’s attorney Jonathan Davis also rejected the allegations in a statement to NBC News, saying the mogul “categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone.”

The new accusations come as Combs serves a 50-month federal sentence following his 2024 conviction on transportation charges, with his release date currently set for June 4, 2028. The release date was pushed back from May 8 after reports that Diddy violated several prison rules, including drinking in prison and conducting a three-way call.

His representatives continue to deny rumors of misconduct while in custody, insisting his “sobriety and self-discipline are priorities.”
