The Google Pixel 7 features a dual SIM setup with one physical nano-SIM slot and support for one eSIM. The physical SIM slot is located on the left side of the device. To access it, you need to use the SIM eject tool that comes with the phone. Insert the tool into the small hole next to the slot and gently push to eject the tray. Place the nano-SIM card on the tray with the gold contacts facing down, then carefully reinsert the tray into the phone.

For optimal performance, ensure the SIM card is properly seated in the tray. The Google Pixel 7 supports 5G connectivity on compatible networks when using either the physical SIM or eSIM. You can manage both SIMs through the Settings app under Network & internet. The eSIM capability allows you to have two active lines without needing a physical SIM card for the second line.
